Using HumanVerified

HumanVerified is an independent communication authorization platform. It is not a government identity verification service and does not establish legal identity.

Human IDs

Human IDs are issued at the discretion of organization and platform administrators. An ID may be suspended or revoked at any time.

User responsibility

Recipients remain responsible for their own decisions. A verification record confirms personal review and authorization only — it does not validate the content of a message.

Unauthorized use and impersonation

Using a Human ID you were not issued, misrepresenting a verification record, or presenting a suspended or revoked ID as active is prohibited and may result in immediate revocation and further action.

Verification limitations

HumanVerified does not certify accuracy, transactions, payment instructions, legal or financial claims, professional licensing, or that artificial intelligence was never used.

Liability

HumanVerified is not liable for losses arising from reliance on a communication, whether or not it carries a verification record.

Intellectual property

The HumanVerified name, marks, and platform content may not be reproduced without permission.
