What we confirm

HumanVerified confirms that this communication was personally reviewed and authorized by the person shown. It does not certify the accuracy of the content, and it does not claim the message was written without the help of artificial intelligence.

What we do not confirm

• The accuracy or truthfulness of any message content
• Transactions, payment instructions, or financial claims
• Legal or professional licensing
• That artificial intelligence was never involved in drafting

Suspension and revocation

Administrators can suspend or revoke Human IDs and verification records at any time. Suspended and revoked statuses are shown publicly. Records are preserved, never deleted, so historical communications remain auditable.

Reporting misuse

Every verification page includes a “Report suspicious use” link. Reports are private, reviewed by platform administrators, and can lead to suspension or revocation.

Organizational separation

Each organization's private data is isolated. One organization's administrators cannot see another organization's members, IDs, or reports.
